Scientific research achievements

In 1996 ~ 2002, Capital Normal University finished 839 books, and published 4825 articles, among which 42 are included in SCI (up to 2001), 15 in EI. 4 results are appraised, and 4 items of invention patents and 1 items of computer software copyright are obtained. In the field of natural science, the university has won 14 Beijing municipal prizes for scientific and technological advancement, including 1 first prize and 4 second prizes. In aspect of social science, the university has gained 12 state-level prizes for social science, 1 ministry-level first prize and 3 ministry-level third prizes for social science, as well as 12 Beijing municipal first prizes and 47 Beijing municipal second prizes for social science.
