Scientific Teaching Services Center
Scientific Teaching Services Center, founded
in April 1999, is an independent self-supporting economic
entity that adopts corporate management model and is engaged
in scientific teaching services with the following under its
jurisdiction: Academic Exchange Center, Keyuan Mansion, Basement
Reception Centre, Jinhai Lake Training Center and Beidai River
Training Center.
Academic Exchange Centre, founded in 1994 through self financing,
was put into use on Jan. 6, 1995. It has a total floorage
of 2,000 m2. In 2000, all the borrowings and loans amounting
to 7.5 million RMB Yuan, were successfully paid back. The
Academic Exchange Centre, formerly established to eliminate
the difficulties encountered when the university presided
over conferences and gave extra-curriculum trainings due to
lack of a reception centre, now boasts an annual net profit
of over 1 million RMB Yuan.
Keyuan Mansion is a building jointly invested
by Capital Normal University and Zhongyuan Realty Management
Company with a total area of 26,000 square meters (the underground
garage and equipment room included). Theoretically speaking,
each party is in charge of 13,000 square meters. Therefore,
the usable area of Capital Normal University reaches over 6,700
m2 (the two stories underground and equipment room excluded).
And its net profit each year is between 4.6 million and 4.8
million RMB Yuan.
Jinhai Lake Training Center, located
on a hill beside Jinhai Lake of Pinggu with a total area of
3,000 m2, is 110 km away from Beijing. It has mountains on four
sides and water on three sides. With the self-built dock, the
training center enjoys admirably pleasant view. Its recreation
facilities and convention facilities are complete and sound.
Beidai River Training Center, 290 km from Beijing and immediately
adjacent to the seashore, is an ideal place to host conferences
and holidaymakers.
As expected, the computer networking of the above five departments
will be implemented to realize modernization management. Included
in the Website of Capital Normal University, Jinhai Lake Training
Center is capable of hosting remote education and computer trainings
etc. We will successfully complete the jobs assigned by the
University with the help and support of relative leaders. Besides,
being a department with brilliant future, we are confident in
our determination to invent more profits for the University
by seizing various opportunities under market economy and incessant
improvement. |
