Student Affairs Office

 
The Student Affairs Office staff has fourteen employees who take charge of any student-related responsibility. The Office has three offices and four centers under its jurisdiction with their major functions listed as follows:

Office: is responsible for the inspection of exit application formalities for students, change and renewal of student dentification cards and school badges etc.

Ideological Education Office: is responsible for education of national politics and policies, and the cultivation of student cadres, etc.

Administration Office: is responsible for student evaluation before the granting of scholarships; punishment of students breaching university stipulations; routine supervision of student behaviors; and the implementation of military training, selective service and other army-related activities with the help of Army Office.

Quality Education Center: is responsible for the planning and carrying out of activities on the campus such as scientific payoff competitions and lectures etc, to enhance the cultural quality of university students.

Work-for -Study Center: is responsible for the establishment of job positions on the campus, contact with off-campus job providers and the granting of subsidiary loans on students in poverty.
Psychological Consultation Center: is responsible for the routine psychological consultation of students and giving lessons in psychological consultation.

Vocational Guidance Center: is responsible for vocational trainings, lectures on employment; dispatching of students and transference of student records.
