Real Estate Management & Resources Development

Real Estate Management & Resources Development is a functional department under the leadership of the university party committee and administration, which conducts management and proper development and utilization of real estate and land resources of the university.

Its main duties are:

  
1. Managing public real estate of the university in a scientific and effective manner.

2. Doing a good job on affairs related to house allocation for teaching staff, house renting and selling, property right transacting.

3. Managing accumulation fund of housing for the staff.

4. Properly developing and utilizing the land and real estate of the university that are leaving unused, thus enlarging the source of fund for university running and guaranteeing the long-term and steady development of the university on the premise of sticking to the general programming of university operation.
