Personnel Office

Under the leadership of the president, Personnel Office is a functional department to implement the law, rules of law, policies and regulations issued by the state, higher-level superintending department and the university, in terms of personnel, labor, and pay. Its main duties are:

1. Setting up university organization and administrating staff.

 
2. Organizing, working out and carrying out the construction of the university teacher team and cognizance of their qualification in collaboration with Academic Affairs Office.

3. Taking charge of the assessment and engagement of technical post and administration after employment; taking charge of the assessment and administration over the technical grade of the workers in the university.

4. Training of teaching staff; assessing and administrating the grade of their post.
 

5. Working out the assignment plan of the staff; supervising the implementation of the assignment policy; transacting the assignment procedures of the associated staff.

6. Taking charge of the administration over the contracted workers and casual laborers.

7. Taking charge of the employment of all teaching staff in the university.

8. Taking charge of the assessment of all teaching staff in the university.

9. Administrating wages; working out the allocation scheme within the university.

10.Examing and approving the working years of the staff; transacting the retirement procedures.

11. Taking charge of the work attendance inspection, rewards and punishments, and insurance and welfare of the staff.

12. Taking charge of the administration over experts who make prominent
contributions or personnel who enjoy government special subsidy in the university.

13. Administrating the personnel in the postdoctoral research center in collaboration with the Graduate Affairs Office.

14. Taking charge of the administration over the personnel archives of teaching staff.

15. Examining the personnel who go abroad on private matters.

16. Talents center taking charge of the administration, diversion and aftercare of the excessive personnel of the university

17. Administrating the associations

18. Taking charge of the personnel statistic and investigation, and administrating employee's card and school badge.

19. Administrating and maintaining personnel information and personnel database.

20. Assisting university leaders to carry out the reform on internal administrative system.
