Infrastructure Construction office
As a general administrative department in charge
of the fundamental construction of the university, Infrastructure
Construction office was founded in 1982, whose function is
to take charge of working out and implementation of the general
construction and fundamental construction plan of each area
of the university.
The Infrastructure
Construction office is intended to carry out scientific reasoning
and feasibility study of the construction projects of the university
according to its general and fundamental construction plan,
and then report to the municipal educational committee and planning
committee for project declaring. After that, it will conduct
a series of preparing work, such as reconnaissance, design,
application and inviting bid on the basis of the project declaring,
to obtain the layout license and commencement license of the
construction project for timely start. After the project starts
up,it will strengthen the
administration
over the construction team and supervision team, and exercises
controls over the quality, construction period and investment
of the construction project in collaboration with them. After
the project completes, it then conducts acceptance inspection,
final settlement, handover and maintenance, to provide a satisfactory
project forteaching staff and students in the university.
There
are 13 staff members in active service in Infrastructure Construction
office, among which there are 10 party members. It comprises
four offices: programming and planning office, finance final
estimating office, administrative office and project administration
office.
All of leaders and staff members of the Infrastructure
Construction office are determined to provide warm and thoughtful
service for the teachers and students, and make greater contribution
to the development of the university through their collective
wisdom and joint efforts.
