University Assets Management Office with Capital
Normal University was founded in 1958 and developed since
1980s against the situation of continuously deepening reform
on educational system, scientific and technological system
and internal administration system of the university.It has
played an active role in supporting teaching and research
activities and made great contribution to the construction
and development of the university. Since 2001, according to
the guidelines on deepening reform of state-owned enterprises
of intermediate and
small
scale, as well as Several Comments on Acceleration of Reform
on University-operated Enterprises in Beijing as issued by Beijing
Municipal Education Committee and Beijing Municipal Economics
Committee, our university has conducted reform, based upon actual
conditions, on the university-operated enterprises of national
ownership that belong to the common competitive fields by means
of ownership transforming, selling, closing down and etc. Meanwhile,
the university has established the idea of exerting ad-vantages
of the university, putting emphasis on developing high-tech
industry and cultural industry and realizing social service
for the future development of the university-operated enterprises.
Currently, cultural industry as run by our university consists
of publishing house, Chinese newspaper and periodical office,
as well as several high-tech enterprises organized under the
modern corporation system.
University Assets Management office possesses the following
functions: conducting property rights administration over the
university assets, taking charge of the administration, coordination,
offering service and supervision of the university-operated
enterprises.
