Finance Office Finance Office is a university level organization in charge of finance administration and accounting, which shoulders the tasks of finance administration over all the non-profit capital of the university, accounting and administration over state-own assets. Finance Office comprises six section offices: financing office, business accounting office, budget office, counting office, computer counting office and comprehensive administration office.
	Finance Office is a young and active team with a total of 27 members, among whom there are 8 members aged below 30, amounting to 30% of its staff, 9 members aged between 30-40, amounting to 33% of its staff, 8 members aged between 40-50 and 2 members aged above 50, amounting to 7% of its staff. Finance Office is a team made up of high quality personnel. All its staff members have obtained bachelor degree or above, among them there are 24 having bachelor degree and one having master's degree. Female staff members in Finance office amount to 81%, and the party members amount to 33% of its staff.
Finance Office is a united team with a glorious tradition of overcoming various difficultiesand obstacles. Having overcome the various difficulties brought by understaff, high percentage of female staff members and heavy burden of housework to be undertaken, it satisfactorily fulfills its task of capital raising, accounting, and administration over the state-own assets during the construction of the university through joint efforts of its staff. While keeping on improving its service, Finance Office has provided, in succession, new servicesof entirely entrusted money transfer and paying via the bank for the full-time students and adult students, individual expenditure distribution via card, budget application on the net, administrator report forms platform for the university leader at all levels, and internet inquiry for individual item for all the teachers and students. The services has made it more convenient for everybody to inquire finance information, thus greatly improving work efficiency and administration standard. All staff members in the Finance Office solemnly undertake to try their best to provide warm and thoughtful service for all teachers and students, and give primary consideration to the constant improvement on the quality of their service. They will collaborate with all teachers and students to build the university into a top-ranking normal university in China.
