Inspection & Auditing Office of Capital Normal University
is elected by the communist party congress of Capital Normal
University, which works under the double leadership of both
university party committee and higher-level discipline inspection
committee. Its main tasks include maintaining the constitution
of communist party and other rules within the party, inspecting
the implementation of the principles, guidelines, policies and
decisions of communist party, helping the university party committee
strengthen the construction of conduct of the party and organizing
and coordinating the anti-corruption work. |

Main obligation:
1. Maintain the constitution of communist party
and other rules within the party; conduct education towards
party members on discipline abidance and law obedience; make
decisions on the maintenance of disciplines of the party.
2. Inspect the implementation of the principles, guidelines,
policies and decisions of communist party.
3. Help the university party committee to strengthen the construction
of the conduct of party, clean and honest administration;
organize and coordinating the anti-corruption work.
4. Supervise the exertion of power of party members, leaders
and cadres.
5. Inspect and dispose of the violations against the party
constitution and other disciplines of party organizations
and party members; determine or cancel punishment against
party members involved in these cases.
6. Dispose of complaints and appeals from the party members.
7. Guarantee the rights of party members.
The inspection office with Capital Normal University is an
institution that exercise inspection, according to the law,
of various administrative organs and their staff appointed
by the university leaders, as well as the employed teachers
and technicians at various levels and kinds.
Main tasks and obligations:
1. Examine the implementation of the state laws, rules of
law, policies and orders, and that of the university's decisions,
determinations, and regulations of supervised objects, and
protect their rights to perform duties according to the law.
2. Deal with prosecution and complaints regarding the violation
against the administrative disciplines by supervised objects.
3. Investigate and dispose of violation against administrative
disciplines by supervised objects.
4. Deal with appeals from supervised objects that do not submit
to the punishment.
5. Other obligations prescribed in the law or administrative
disciplines to be carried out by the inspection office.
The auditing office with Capital Normal University is an internal
institution of our university. Under the direct leadership
of the president, the auditing office performs evaluation
and exercises auditing and inspection on the financial income
and expenses of the affiliated units of our university, as
well as the truthfulness, validity, benefits of various kinds
of economic activities.
The auditing office is entrusted by the president to audit
the following items:
1. University budget and the implementation of the university
budget;
2. Financial income and expenses;
3. Economic responsibility of the leaders;
4. Budget and final accounts of construction project;
5. Economic benefits of the affiliated units of the university;
6. Other auditing items entrusted by the leaders;
7. Items to be audited according to the law.
