Administrative Office is a division for the comprehensive coordination and administration over party and political affairs in the university. Its main duties cover the management over daily party and political affairs of the university; arrangement, planning and coordination of important activities held by the university, as well as the tasks assigned by higher-level department or university leaders; arrangement and organization of importantconferences as university party standing committee conference, secretary administrative conference,president administrative conference, democratic conference of university leaders, university affairs committee conference,theory central
group study, university middle-level cadre conference, as well as secretary-general and branch conference; arrangement and organization of important political activities of the university as well as work arising during unusual and sensitive periods. Inspection, implementation, supervision of tasks assigned by higher-level department and decisions made by the university; drawing up, compilation and sub-mission of documents of the party committee and administrative documents; management over confidential documents, internal data and university seal; construction, use and maintenance of campus network; construction and maintenance of network information; construction and admin-istration over office administration information system; rearrangement, compilation and submission of university statistic report forms; communication with the outside and reception of visitors; management of affairs relating to alumni association; coordination and disposal of complaint letters for and visits to the university; inputting, printing and binding of university documents; use and maintenance of lecture hall and international conference auditoriums, as well as management of related equipment; subscription and dispatch of newspapers and periodicals for the university; collection, management and utilization of university documents, teaching and researching photos and materials, as well as practice archives; management of university family planning affairs; admini-stration over the affairs over north area of the university; management over general and branch affairs of the departments; and compilation of records regarding the university's history.
